The youngest of 5, Nao grew up in a Jamaican household on the Eastside of London. She went on to study vocal jazz at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She went on to be a background singer for Kwabs and Jarvis Crocker. For six years she sang in an all women’s acapella group called The Boxettes. In 2014 she came out with here first EP, “So Good”, which ranked 4 on iTunes and set her on her way to be the amazing artist we know today.
